If you are a business owner, many, if not most, of your customers have one or more social media accounts. You should make sure your company is also on one or more of these social media sites. Talk to your customers, and find out which sites they use. Collect as much information as you can, and then put your plan into operation.
Give offers that are exclusive to your followers on social media. Off them something that they cannot get from any other business. Try opening up contests for your fans. Otherwise, you could just simply provide some special offers for your fans. This is also a great place for you to post important announcements.
